Time for a fair go

Australia is “doing terribly” when it comes to employing people with disabilities, former Disability  Discrimination Commissioner Graeme Innes says. Here he tells Insight editor Kellee Nolan it’s time Australia got serious about developing a more diverse workforce, by setting mandatory inclusive  workforce targets linked to senior level salary bonuses across government, and also encouraging SIMILAR TARGETS in the business and the community sectors.
