Preparing for the real jobs of the future

The National Disability Insurance Scheme is forecast to create more than 18,000 new jobs over the next three years in Victoria alone. But what happens if we don’t have suitably trained people to fill them? RMIT University Dean of Global, Urban and Social Studies DAVID HAYWARD explores.
