Have transport, can work

With the Victorian government having assigned both the public transport and employment portfolios to Minister Jacinta Allan, John Stone wonders whether we will now be able to join the dots and  develop a well-connected public transport network that helps people access jobs around metropolitan and regional Victoria more easily, even if they don’t have a car.
