Creating pathways for Aboriginal graduates

The Aboriginal Pathway to the Victorian Graduate Recruitment and Development Scheme (GRADS) is part of an initiative to raise the rate of employment of Aboriginal people in the Victorian public sector to 1 per cent. Lynne Witynski describes the success of the Aboriginal Pathway to the  GRADS program in bringing young Aboriginal people into the public sector.
